Till now many crime incidents happen,
Many ideas have been shared on control crimes,
But nothing is implemented,
still happening the same.
Then again why all these talks/movements on,
what we should do to control crimes.
If govt. not going to implement any of the measures to control crimes then that is a time waste to people talk on that. So just move on whatever happen without wasting the time.

Yeah, by great talks/movements/articles/research people will get highlighted and awarded/rewarded by govt just to showoff not to implement.
